So whether you have a degree in IT or this is your first computer, we will communicate in a way that assures you understand the solution we are offering. However, if you don’t want to know the ins and outs of the problem we can just “make it work”.
All service work is approved by you first. Upon completion, your technician will call and let you know your job is ready. If you wish, we can even give you a demonstration of all work done with one of our informed technicians.
